Artistic Leadership

In addition to my work as a writer and director, I’ve spent much of my career as a Creative Producer, working at the intersection of artistic development, production, education, and community engagement through organizations including The Playwrights Realm and Cleveland Play House.

Aspiring Playwrights Program

As Artistic Content Producer at Obie-winning new play company The Playwrights Realm, I lead the Aspiring Playwrights program (AP), a national, open-access playwright development initiative designed to make professional-level artistic training, industry insight, and creative community accessible to all writers, regardless of geography, background, or career stage.

Through a free, ever-growing library of written and video content, monthly workshops, and live conversations with industry professionals, AP connects playwrights around the world to new tools, perspectives, and each other.

My work spans curriculum design, educational programming, event production, and content development. I also curate contributors and topics for the AP Library, work with contributors editing written content, and produce, direct, and edit Library video content. Through this work, I help create accessible pathways for playwrights to develop their craft, expand their professional knowledge, and connect with a national community of fellow artists.
