Writer

My writing explores identity, belonging, and the worlds people build to make sense of themselves and each other. Working across television, film, and theatre, I'm drawn to surprising collisions and unexpected connections—between people, communities, and genres—and the often-absurd gap between private belief and public performance.

Zone of Silence

One-hour pilot (drama)

When a young Mormon father begins having violent dreams about a forgotten ancestor from a colony in Mexico, the search for answers reawakens his repressed sexuality and pulls him into a centuries-old mystery that threatens the identity he's spent his life constructing.

Across centuries, generations, and borders, Zone of Silence asks:
what do you believe—and what would it take to change your mind?

KTLF

Feature (comedy-horror)

A closeted Idaho teen with a talent for fitting in lands his dream job as a late-night DJ at small-town station KTLF. But when a caller begins threatening to “Kill the Little Faggot,” he must juggle his father’s political campaign and a growing connection to the mariachi-playing new kid at school as the caller proves they’re not just listening—they know exactly who he is.

Get Out meets Election in mid-90s southern Idaho—where broadcasting yourself might be the death of you…unless you can find your voice.
